"American Idol" Finalist Thrown Out

Contestant's dad leaks Top 24 spoilers, gets his son axed...

Even though Hollywood Week has yet to air this season, "American Idol" has already axed one of the Top 24 finalists.

"Big Mike" Lynch got the golden ticket in Orlando, FL and went on to Hollywood. His father told the St. Petersburg Times recently that Big Mike was one of the season's finalists.

Unfortunately, Fox has contestants and their families sign confidentiality agreements that they will not reveal the results of the pre-taped auditions and Hollywood Week episodes before they air. As a result of his dad's blabbing, Lynch has already gotten the axe from the Final 24.
