Lil Wayne Prison Update

Told not to sign autographs...

Lil Wayne has been instructed by the Correction Officer's Benevolent Association to not sign any autographs for anyone while in prison at Rikers Island. A rep for the group told TMZ that they want to make sure Lil Wayne is not treated like a celebrity and does not get any special treatment. He added that Wayne has not requested anything out of the ordinary so far.

he's getting treated like a celebrity as it is, it's been happeneing before he ever made contact with any of the prisoners. and yes why is he in a holding cell and not an actual prison?

Rikers has a bunch of jails (for holding people) and a bunch of prisons (for keeping people), so he went to one of the prisons, while if you got arrested for boning a clown in Central Park, before you were sentenced, you'd go to one of the jails. Capice?
