Liam Gallagher Explains Noel Snub

Says he was trying to give credit to the rest of the band...

Former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher has revealed the reason he didn't acknowledge brother Noel when collecting the Brit Award for the Best Album of 30 Years for (What's The Story) Morning Glory.

"I'm sick of it all being about me and Noel," he said. "The last couple of months has pretty much been all about me and him so I thought it was only right to mention the other lads who played on the album and the best fans in the world."

Liam also claimed that he threw the award into the crowd as "a nice gesture to give this to the fans. Obviously it was misinterpreted as per usual."

Liam is currently working on an album with his former bandmates (except Noel), and that he would consider working with Jay-Z, who had expressed an interest in hooking up with Liam. "If the tune's right and its not too far out of my comfort zone, then yeah, fucking right!"
