Lady Gaga and Beyoncé have tied the record for most #1 singles (with "Telephone") since the Nielsen BDS-based radio airplay chart launched in 1992. They have now tied Mariah Carey (also with six #1s) and have passed Avril Lavigne, Pink, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake (each with five).
