P. Diddy Wants to Buy a Soccer Team

Settles on Crystal Palace...
According to a report, P. Diddy is interested in buying cash-strapped English football club Crystal Palace FC. Portsmouth, which is in the top-flight Premier League, was considered, but Diddy settled on Palace because he liked the name and felt it was a better bet.
Brendan Guilfoyle, the club's administrator, was quoting as saying he "would willingly fly to New York to meet him to discuss a purchase."
Palace is currently in administration and has been docked 10 points by the league.
He should wait till next season, they'll be much cheaper when their relegated after this season...

Someone needs to get their facts straight. Crystal Palace and Portsmouth are two different teams.
Both are in administration I think but only Portsmouth are in the Premier League.

Dave you need to get your facts straight.. they are clearly stated as seperate clubs here.
As for Diddy buying Palace.. mahahaha is he fucking mad??? He stands to lose a lot of money on that dead horse of a club. I don't think they have filled Selhurst Park out in maybe 5 years?
