And his girlfriend has a pretty nice butt...

Dr. Conrad Murray doesn't look like he's sweating his next court date in August, where he faces manslaughter charges in the death of Michael Jackson.

Here he is on the beach in Miami with his kid and girlfriend Nicole Alvarez on vacation.

Meanwhile, police think Murray had Propofol - the drug that killed Jackson - shipped to Nicole's apartment in Santa Monica, CA.
