Michael Jackson's Ex-Wife Wants $200,000 in Attorney Fees
Posted by Steve Cook on 09.03.2010

Debbie Rowe, ex-wife of Michael Jackson & mother of two of his kids, wants $200,000 worth of attorney fees. Katherine Jackson, mother of Michael & guardian of his children, says that's too much. Below is part of the complaint filed by Ms. Jackson as part of court documents:

"petitioner (Katherine Jackson), contends that the amount of fees requested by Debbie Rowe is not reasonable."

"Wherefore, Petitioner requests that the petition for Approval for Attorney's Fees be denied if determined by the court to be unreasonable. Other relief be granted that the court deems just and proper."

Rowe's lawyer is Eric George, who also represented Oksana Grigorieva during the early part of her custody hearings against Mel Gibson over their daughter.
