Vince Neil Failed Breathalyzer Tests in Spectacular Fashion

Almost three times the limit...
According to a report filed by Las Vegas police, which you can read here, Vince Neil failed his field sobriety tests in spectacular fashion when he was stopped in June.
The Mötley Crüe frontman blew almost three times the legal limit when he was tested. He was pulled over for doing 60 in a 45mph zone and for "weaving between the lanes." The report adds that Neil smelled of alcohol and admitted to having had three glasses of champagne. He failed three sobriety tests before saying to police "I can't do this."
The two breathalyzer tests he took registered 0.215 and 0.216, well over the 0.08 limit. He has been charged with both DUI and speeding and will be arraigned on September 27.

After killing his friend 25yrs. ago with a dwi and buying his way out of prison still being an ass. You can't write another "Home Sweet Home" to get you out of this one.
