PETA Says Lady Gaga's Meat Dress Was Likely Crawling In Maggots

PETA responds to the meat dress...
Lady Gaga didn't exactly endear herself to PETA last night when she accepted her Video of the Year VMA wearing a dress made of meat.
A rep for PETA told TMZ that Gaga "has a hard time being 'over the top,' and wearing a dress made from cuts of dead cows is offensive enough to bring comment."
The rep said, IF the dress was made of actual meat, "after time spent under the TV lights, it would smell like the rotting flesh that it is and likely be crawling in maggots."
