Jennifer Hudson Talks About Her Weight Loss

She's got a new song about it...

Jennifer Hudson says that, in the nine months she's been the spokesman for Weight Watchers, she's never felt better. She has a new song, "Feeling Good," that's part of an ad campaign launching on Sunday. Weight Watchers sees 11% of its attendance in January - people looking to drop holiday pounds.

"Basically (the song) is the perfect way to describe this journey and how it's left me feeling," Hudson said. "If I could bottle everything inside me and tell others to help motivate them, then this is it."

Hudson had already lost some weight when she signed on with the company in April. But by August she'd gone from a size 16 to a size 6.

"It's almost like there is a new person, but there is still the question of how do I want to represent myself, how do I wasn't to be perceived," she said.

Hudson says she's definitely sticking with the program in 2011.

"It's one thing to lose weight," said Hudson, "but it's another thing to eat healthy."
