Lawsuit Against Dr. Dre & Eminem Dismissed

Detroit loses out…
Detroit officials have lost a lawsuit against Dr. Dre and Emimen. The Huffington Post reports that the rappers had been targeted by councilman Gary Brown for releasing a confrontation in 2000 backstage during a concert. The plaintiffs said that the duo had no right to put it in their concert tour DVD.
Brown reportedly warned organizers that power would be turned off if they showed a sexual explicit video during the concert. Brown argued that his privacy was violated the argument was recorded and released, but Dre's lawyer argued that there is no violation of privacy from a police officer doing his job.
