Billboard.com reports that Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV could potentially have the second-biggest sales week of 2011. Forecasters say that it may sell 700,000 to 850,000 copies by Sunday, September 4.
If he reaches at least 700,000 albums, it will be behind only Lady GaGa's Born This Way, which sold 1.11 million albums.
