Red Hot Chili Peppers also debut...
Lil Wayne is now #1 on the Billboard 200 after his album Tha Carter IV sold 964,000 copies. This puts it at number two for highest selling of the year, just ahead of Jay Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne and just below Lady Gaga's Born This Way.
Meanwhile, as a result of their appearances on the Video Music Awards, both Beyonce and Adele see huge sales increases. Adele had a 88% sales gain while Beyonce's album 4 went up 87% and is back on the top ten.
Red Hot Chili Peppers also scored a big debut, as I'm With You landed #2 with 229,000. On any other week that would be good enough for a #1.
Game's R.E.D. Album, which was #1 last week, has dropped all the way to #8, a 60% decrease.
