He has a skate ramp in the back of his escalade...

Lil Wayne's Escalade has a skate ramp in the back, allowing Weezy to skateboard while on the road.

It's a portable quarter pipe in a trailer, pulled by the SUV. It follows his tour bus. He skateboards whenever he wants, including pulling over at random stops on the road to skate.
