Unreleased Track from The Rolling Stones' 'Some Girls' Now Online
Posted by George H. Sirois on 10.22.2011

A previously unreleased song from "Some Girls" - the Rolling Stones' 1978 album - is now available online. "No Spare Parts" will be included in the upcoming re-issue of the album on November 21.

The song was recently rediscovered by producer Don Was for the Deluxe and Super Deluxe editions for "Some Girls." It is about a journey from Los Angeles to San Antonio, TX. Mick Jagger plays electric piano, Keith Richards is on acoustic piano, Ron Wood is on pedal steel guitar, Charlie Watts is on drums and Bill Wyman is on bass.

I am a big Stones fan, but if this is the best of the bunch from the Some Girls reissue, then maybe we have already heard the good stuff, and nothing good was left out. There may truly be no spare parts
