Conrad Murray's Booking Sheet Revealed

TMZ has obtained Conrad Murray's booking sheet from the Twin Towers Correction Facility in Los Angeles. According to the sheet, which lists all of his statistics, Murray is 6'5" and 211 pounds. The report also notes that Murray, who was officially entered into the system yesterday, turns 59 next February.
Murray's next court date is November 29th, which is his sentencing date.
