Prosecutors Want Maximum Sentence and Money to Michael Jackson's Kids from Conrad Murray

Update on what prosecutors are aiming for....
Prosecutors will request Judge Michael Pastor sentence Conrad Murray to the maximum four years in State Prison in regards to the Michael Jackson manslaughter case. They want this because he was "risking Mr. Jackson's life every night" and that he lied to cover up his crime.
Even if he does get that sentence, California law states that he will go to L.A. County Jail where a four-year sentence is shortened to two years. He would also be eligible for house arrest. Murray's lawyers are asking for probation.
Prosecutors are also requesting that Judge Michael Pastor order Murray to pay Michael Jackson's children more than $100 million for their loss. The documents the D.A. has filed say they are "entitled to wages or profits lost due to injury incurred by the victim." This would include wages, lost profits and funeral expenses. A letter from the Jackson estate says he would have made more than $100 million from the "This Is It" tour.
