Britney Spears Being Sued By Her Security Team

She doesn't pay enough for their protection...

Britney Spears is being sued by Advanced Security Concepts Corporation over unpaid fees.

The ASCC provided Spears with a 365-day security detail and claim she has up to $140,000 in unpaid fees after she stopped using their services. The company claims that Spears has unfairly held a grudge after one of their former bodyguards, Fernando Flores, accused her of sexual harrassment and filed a lawsuit. They also claim Spears demanded the company cover Britney's legal expenses in the suit.

The exact amount owed to the ASCC is $141,625, the remainder of a one-year contract with the agreement to pay whether or not the service was used.
