Journey Guitarist Demands Gossip Website Remove NSFW Picture

The cease-and-desist letter did the trick...
TMZ reports that Journey guitarist Neal Schon - who had his share of time in the gossip magazines through his affair with Real Housewife Michaele Salahi - fired off a cease-and-desist letter to a website which featured a self-taken picture of Schon's penis.
Schon's lawyer says that the picture was stolen from an old cell phone and by publishing it, the site - thedirty.com - committed a "gross violation of the musician's privacy rights."
