Kanye reached out for the job...
Kanye West had a meeting with the producer of the live-action Jetsons movie about being the film's creative director. Producer Denise Di Novi confirmed to MTV News that the two met and that Kanye reached out, saying he is a huge fan of the show.
"Kanye's always been a 'Jetsons' fan, I think because he's so into design and he loves the design aspects," Di Novi saiod. "So we had a fun brainstorming conversation."
She added, "He was interested in creatively brainstorming what we were doing with the movie and what ideas he might have. It was a really friendly, preliminary conversation." As to the ultimate decision she said, "He was going to think about it more and see if he got inspired visually."
The futuristic Hanna-Barbera cartoon ran in the 1960s and returned to TV in the '80s. It spawned an animated feature film in 1990.

God help us all! Kanye shouldn't even be allow to be the creative director of his own life. He is one of the biggest idiots in the world... only behind anyone related to the Jersey Shore.

What's next? Katy Perry to direct a live action version of JEM? Taylor Swift to helm the big screen version of She-ra? I don't get it.

Did he claim that Mr. Spacely doesn't care about black people? Come to think of it, were there any black people on the Jetsons?

Jane... I'm gonna let you finish... but I have to say that Betty Rubble is the best cartoon wife from Hanna-Barbera.

I'm not trying to be racist, but is this going to be another one of those things where the family is supposed to be white, but, because it's being made by black people the cast is replaced with black people? I hope not, because they really killed the Honeymooners when they tried that with that movie.
