They've given up on it...
Prosecutors are done trying to get a $100 million-plus restitution fee from Conrad Murray in the death of Michael Jackson's family. TMZ reports that Jackson's family gave up on trying to get the money, having decided that it wasn't worth the time when Murray couldn't pay it and the D.A. has withdrawn the request. A hearing scheduled for Monday was cancelled.
Murray is serving four years for his part in Jackson's death.
wow! like the jackson family needs more money...they've made ridiculous amouts of cash since his death by pimping out his memory, I'm really sure that further hurting a man who made a mistake would make their lives easier....give me a break!!!
