Rihanna Tops Lady Gaga in Terms of YouTube Hits

Rihanna is the new benchmark...

Rihanna has beaten out Lady Gaga in the category of most-viewed female artist. Rihanna surpassed Gaga over the weekend, hitting 2,068,076,591 views to claim the top mark.

Gaga has fallen behind because her recent hits "You and I" and "Marry the Night," while still garnered upwards of fifty million hits, have not had the hit counts of such hundred million hit-getters as "Bad Romance" and "Telephone" while "We Found Love" has 115 million views after just three months.

Of course, the most popular artist period is Justin Beiber, who has over 2.2 billion views.

So, what should we take from this?

Personally, this has taught me that the vast majority of Youtube users should be medically sterilised for the good of humanity.
