Lady Gaga's Parents Open an Italian Restaraunt

Lady Gaga's parents have opened their own Italian restaraunt. The New York Times reports that Joseph and Cynthia Germanotta have opened Joanne Trattoria, a restaraunt in Manhattan. The two told the Times that they're trying to keep the place separate from their famous daughter's persona and aren't trying to capitalize on her fame, with Cynthia saying "One tweet and it's over" in reference to concerns the place would be overwhelmed if Gaga promoted it via social media.
"If they're expecting to come in here and see Grammys and pictures and stuff like that, it's not going to happen," Joseph added, noting that Gaga "generates a lot of sizzle."
