Glee's Michael Jackson Cover Headed to Big Chart Debut

"Smooth Criminal" is selling well...
This week's Glee cover of Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal" is selling very well. The take on the song, performed by Grant Gustin and Naya Rivera and featuring 2Cellos, is looking to sell between 80,000 - 100,000 downloads by the end of the week, which would be one of the biggest sales weeks for the show's third season, just behind the mash-up of Adele's "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You" and fun.'s "We Are Young." If the song hits the 100,000 mark, it's likely to end up on the top 20 of the Digital Songs chart and the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100.
"It is an unbelievable honor to even get to be a part of such a legendary song by the one and only Michael Jackson on one of America's favorite TV shows," said Gustin. "I had a blast doing this song with Naya Rivera and the positive response from the fans is an unexpected bonus to an already surreal opportunity."
