Marie Claire has posted photos of the new ad campaign for ghd air, featuring Katy Perry as a mermaid. The picture was photographed by David LaChapelle.
About the set, Perry said: "David La Chapelle made the set amazing. It was fun – I got to have purple hair which foreshadowed the real purple hair I had last fall. It's as if Lisa Frank had done The Little Mermaid."
Perry said she loved the costume so much she was considering keeping it for Halloween. She added that she was "such a fan of the Disney movies."
