Timbaland Announces Release Plans for New Albums from Himself and Missy Elliot

According to Timbaland, he and Missy Elliott will be releasing their new albums this summer. Elliot's is tentatively titled Block Party.
Timbaland talked about this announcement: "Me and Missy are both coming out with our albums at the same time, and it will be in June. Right now, we're just preparing to get both our videos, our first singles shot at the same time. We want to do it as a movement."
This will be Elliot's first album since 2005's The Cookbook. She had revealed that she was diagnosed with Graves' disease, an autoimmune disorder.
She talked about her health issues last year: "I'm 30 pounds lighter because I've been exercising. My thyroid is functioning, so I haven't had to take medication in about nine months. [But] you live with it for the rest of your life."
Elliot went on about her collaboration history with Timbaland: "People always ask if we're still working together, and the answer is we will always work together. He's always going to be involved, even if it is just on one record. That's my brother. I respect and honor what he says."
