Wes Scantlin's Wife Asks Judge To Throw Out Prenup

Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin's wife has asked a judge to throw out the prenup agreement, which would award her half of Scantlin's assets.
Jessica Nicole Scantlin filed the papers in Los Angeles. She says she "will seek for the premarital agreement to either be set aside on the grounds that it is either unenforceable or she was coerced into executing it."
She claims that she was coerced into signing the agreement right before their 2008 wedding. She says he knew she wouldn't say no because her family made a large investment in the ceremony. She claims she inspired the music that Wes wrote while they were married. Jessica and her attorney Brian Kramer are suing to invalidate the contract and asking for "one-half interest of all past, present, and future revenues" from the music made during their marriage.
