50 Cent says he can't believe that he almost died by hamburger. MTV News reports that 50 spoke about being admitted to the hospital for serious stomach issues, which ended up being related to a bad hamburger.
50 says that he found himself in the hospital thinking about the situation when Eminem called. "I'm in a dead serious moment like, 'Damn, I don't believe this is happenin' right now,'" said 50. "[Eminem] goes 'Yo Fif, you were shot nine times man if you die over a burger, this sh*t ain't gonna go right. People ain't gonna be feelin' this.'"
50 said that he's recovering well, saying, "I'm feelin' better; I'm in good spirits."
