TMZ reports that Lil Wayne and Drake are refusing to pay a judgment of $432,337.50 after being ordered to by a judge.
Imperial Entertainment Group sued the performers for no-showing a club appearance in 2011, and the amount was entered as a default judgment. Lil Wayne and Drake claim they were never told about the performance. They say they never signed any contracts and were never served with papers to go to court. They claim IEG used a third party, Melanzh Enterprises, to book them, when the company had no authority to do so.
