Lady Gaga's Manager Says Her Third Album Will Be "Insane"

She's recorded some new material...
Lady Gaga's co-manager Vincent Herbert told That Grape Juice that even though Lady Gaga is on tour right now, it hasn't stopped her from recording new material for a third album.
He said: "Just insane, great records. She's on tour right now, but it's just going to be a great record. Look out for the unexpected, when it comes to her - I'm very excited. We're doing it on the road right now, so it's very hard, but it's going to be great."
He was at the Los Angeles launch for Kim Kimble's new WE TV show. He also talked about his wife Tamar Braxton's new album, which you can hear about below.
