"Mercy" with Big Sean and others hits the top
Kanye West's latest single has topped the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs Chart. Billboard reports that "Mercy," West's collaboration with Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz, took the top spot this week. It knocked Usher's "Climax" down to #2 after ten weeks at the top spot. "Mercy" is West's sixth #1 on the chart, Sean's second and Pusha T and 2 Chainz' first.
Also in the top five was J. Cole's "Nobody's Perfect" featuring Missy Elliott, which rose two places to #3. Trey Songz's "Heart Attack" fell one place to #4 while Usher scored his second in the top five this week as "Lemme See" featuring Rick Ross rose a spot to #5.
As for the album chart, Usher's Looking 4 Myself held onto the #1 spot despite a 62% drop in sales from its debut week. Razor & Tie's That's My Jam a five-disc compilation album debuted at #2, while Waka Flocka Flame's Triple F Life: Fans, Friends and Family fell a spot to #3 in its second week to make way.
