Usher’s Alleged Stalker Hospitalized for Mental Evaluation

TMZ reports that the woman who was arrested in front of Usher's house last weekend was admitted to Emory Johns Creek Hospital for mental evaluation.
26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested outside Usher's home in Georgia after she disobeyed a criminal trespass warning, ordering her to stay off his property. The warning was issued the day before when she arrived at his house the first time and someone there had to call the police.
When police arrived on Sunday, they found Darshelle on the front porch using her iPad. She was placed under arrest for violating the trespass warning, but the police department's report states that she was in such a bizarre mental state – insisting that she was Usher's wife and that he makes all her decisions – that the jailers refused to take her.
Darshelle was released from the hospital shortly after her mental evaluation, with a copy of the charges against her. She is due in court next month.
