TMZ reports that Puddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin has pleaded guilty to cocaine possession, but he won't be going to jail.
Scantlin was charged with felony cocaine possession in April after being arrested in Los Angeles in January. He was also charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a license (both misdemeanors).
He agreed to plead guilty to the possession charge and the misdemeanors were dropped. He was sentenced to complete a drug counseling program, and must show that he has enrolled by August. If he has any more legal trouble, he could end up going to jail.
