Skrillex Working On Soundtrack To Disney's Wreck-It Ralph

Billboard reports that Skrillex will provide music for Disney's new film Wreck-It Ralph.

The addition of the dubstep producer was announced yesterday at the San Diego Comic-Con. It was also recently announced that he would work on the soundtrack for Harmony Korine's Spring Breakers, which stars Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens. At the time, he tweeted: "It's more or less traditional scoring... dont expect dance floor bangers!"

Skrillex (real name Sonny Moore) won three Grammys last February and earns $100,000 a gig to DJ at clubs. He will being a tour with Diplo, Pretty Lights and Grimes today in Toronto.

Wreck-it Ralph will be released in November. Disney previewed 10 minutes of the film at Comic-Con. It focuses on a video game villain who wants to become a hero. The movie features several video game characters including Bowser from the Super Mario games and Kano from Mortal Kombat. Rich Moore directs a voice cast including John C. Reilly, Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer.
