Madonna Facing Legal Action From France's Front National Party

The Guardian reports that Madonna is set to face legal action from France's Front National party over a video at her Paris concert which featured the party's leader, Marine Le Pen, with a swastika on her forehead. Le Pen had warned Madonna not to use the video after becoming aware of it after it was shown during some of Madonna's other recent concerts. Le Pen had stated that "If she does that in France, we'll be waiting."
Well, Madonna did show the image at her concert at Le Stade de France in Paris last night. The Front National party has now confirmed that they will file a lawsuit for "public insult" within the week.
The party's spokesman explained the lawsuit as follows: "This is just another provocation in Madonna's world tour so that people will talk about her. We cannot accept everything. We cannot accept this insulting connection. Marine Le Pen is defending her honour, but also that of party members and supporters and the millions of Front National voters."
