Marlon breaks down...
UPDATE 5:TMZ reports that Marlon Jackson broke down during an interview with TheInsider.com and walked off the set. The site says that Marlon, Tito and Jackie were speaking with the site about how Katherine has been cut off from the rest of the family and got emotional.
He said, "We've been told that our mother is safe. She's doing well. But we have not spoken to her. We have not talked to her and I don't know where my mother is."
Marlon then gets angry, saying, "All i know is she is in Arizona, and whatever doctor is saying I can't talk to my mother you call ME!" He then stormed off. Check out the video below:
UPDATE x4: TMZ reports that Randy Jackson has taken shots at the executors of Michael Jackson's estate, John Branca and John McClain, claiming that they are "criminals" who created false documents for their own personal gain.
He believes they faked Michael's will and he says he can prove it. Randy claims that Michael was in New York on the day he signed the will in Los Angeles.
He spoke with Al Sharpton on MSNBC's Politics Nation. He said: "We feel there is criminal misconduct."
The problem is that even though the "mistake" he says is based on a witness who forgot what city he was in when the will was signed, there are others who saw Jackson sign the will, and it was validated by the court. If the will is invalidated, the old will will still cut Michael's siblings out of the fortune and appoints Branca as the executor.
Sources say it's all part of a plan to get Michael's money, because once Katherine dies it will go into trusts for his kids. Randy kept mentioning that they are a "family", to which Paris tweeted: ""'Family' they said."
UPDATE x3: Tito Jackson has now told TMZ that he is backing out of the plot concocted by his fellow siblings to turn Katherine Jackson against the Michael Jackson Estate, as he wants no more to do with it.
He said: "I completely retract my signature from the July 17th letter sent to the Executors of my brother Michael's estate and repudiate all the claims made against them. I don't want any part of that letter whatsoever."
The letter was signed by Tito, Jermaine, Janet, Rebbie and Randy. It accused the executors of failing at their job and stressing out Katherine to the point of having a "mini-stroke".
Jackie is also said to be having second thoughts about the plan.
UPDATE x2: TMZ reports that Tito Joe "TJ" Jackson, the 34 year old son of Michael's brother Tito, is having his lawyer draft legal documents to become the temporary guardian of Michael's three kids.
Sources say that Paris, Prince and Blanket want TJ to be their guardian because they think Katherine, their current guardian, was more or less kidnapped by Jackson's siblings. They haven't seen Katherine in nine days.
Under California law, a judge would not grant a temporary guardian for teenagers unless the children agreed with the selection, but all three approve of TJ as guardian. He has often acted like a parent to them and they love him. The Michael Jackson Estate is standing by and will support TJ as the temporary guardian if asked by the Probate judge.
TJ tweeted to Paris fifteen hours ago: "I know it's completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you."
TJ is currently married with children and is in a band with his two brothers. He was also recently reported to be Kim Kardashian's first boyfriend, and the two even went to prom together. You can find a photo of the two here.
Sources connected to Michael's siblings say that they are now turning on each other. One brother has been telling people he does not support what the others are doing to Katherine.
UPDATE: TMZ reports that the executors of Michael Jackson's estate will go to court and ask that a temporary guardian be appointed for Jackson's children. They claim that Katherine has been essentially "kidnapped" and the kids are in danger and without supervision.
Sources say that the executors feel responsible for protecting the children since they are the primary beneficiaries of their father's estate. The executors and others want a temporary guardian to care for them. Katherine disappeared over a week ago as Janet, Jermaine, Randy, Rebbie and Tito are planning to convince her that Michael's will is a fraud and the executors have to go.
The plan has been in the works for months. The problem is that even if the will is invalidated, Michael's siblings won't get anything because the previous will also gave them nothing. Randy wants to replace the executors but that would never happen. The executors will not be removed, and if they were, the court wouldn't appoint anyone with no background in finances.
The executors are writing legal papers now and expect to file in probate court in the next few days for a temporary guardian.
Original: TMZ reports that Katherine Jackson's legal team claims that Michael Jackson's siblings are planning to remove her from her home and her "beloved grandchildren" as part of a plan to ambush Michael's children.
Her attorney released the following statement: "Yesterday afternoon certain Jackson family members ambushed Katherine Jackson's home after their vehicle tore through security gates on the tails of the SUV containing Michael Jackson's children. After exiting their vehicles, Jackson family members ran up to Michael's children as they yelled and began to aggressively grab at the cell phones in their hands. Out of concern for the well being of Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson, the children were forced to temporarily leave their home and taken to a safe location. An altercation ensued shortly thereafter and law enforcement arrived at the scene. Following the incident, it was learned that one of the family members who was part of the ambush admitted that a plan has been in place for the last three years to remove Katherine Jackson from her home and her beloved grandchildren. Prince, Paris, and Blanket Jackson have not heard from their grandmother since she left their home nine days ago to attend a series of her sons' concerts on their Unity Tour. She never made the shows. Despite efforts to interview Katherine Jackson at her current location in Arizona yesterday, Los Angeles County Sheriffs confirmed that they were denied access to Mrs. Jackson by security for one of her children."
Meanwhile, the Michael Jackson Estate have also released a statement, which reads: "We are acutely concerned about the welfare of Mrs. Jackson, and most particularly with Michael's minor children. We are concerned that we do what we can to protect them from undue influences, bullying, greed, and other unfortunate circumstances. While we do not have standing to directly intervene, we have monitored the situation and will continue to do so. We believe measures are being put in place that will help protect them from what they are having to deal with."
