Nas Tops R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart

For the ninth time...
Nas got his ninth #1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart this week. Billboard reports that Life is Good debuted at #1 with 149,000 copies sold. Nas is now in second place among rap acts with the most #1's on the chart, behind only Jay-Z with twelve. Last week's #1, Frank Ocean's channel ORANGE, dropped to #2 and Chris Brown's Fortune also fell a spot down to #3. Usher's Looking 4 Myself stayed even at #4 while the Maybach Music Group Presents: Self Made 2 LP was down two places to #5.
Meanwhile on the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, Kanye West stayed on top with "Mercy" featuring Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz for a fourth week. Usher's "Lemme See" featuring Rick Ross rose one spot to #2, trading places with 2 Chainz' "No Lie". Usher's "Climax" was even at #4 and Wale's "Bag of Money" featuring Rick Ross, Meek Mill & T-Pain was up three spots to #5.
