TMZ reports that hip-hop producer Infamous (Marco Rodriquez) has filed a lawsuit against The Game, claiming that he was never paid for producing a song for the rapper's recent mixtape.
Infamous claims that he did work for The Game all the time, so he didn't see any issues with sending him a beat to listen to in 2010 so The Game could decide whether or not he wanted to use it.
No deal was reached, but he was shocked when the beat was turned into "Skate On," a song featured on The Game's mixtape California Republic. Infamous is credited as the producer on Wikipedia, but he still has yet to receive any money.
Infamous claims he usually charges between $20-$25,000 per song. He's suing The Game for damages in excess of $100,000.
