She says imitation is the sincerest form of flattery...
NME reports that Madonna is still taking shots at Lady Gaga and accusing her of copying her.
During a show in Atlantic City on Saturday night, she dedicated the song "Masterpiece" to Gaga and added: "I love her. I love her. I do love her. Imitation is the highest form of flattery."
She also said that they will likely end their feud soon. She said: "And one day, very soon, we're gonna be on stage together. Just you wait."
It started in January when Madonna said "Born This Way" sounded "familiar" to her 1989 song "Express Yourself". She mocked Gaga during her MDNA tour by performing a mash-up of the two songs followed by a segment of the song "She's Not Me".
Gaga responded and told the crowd in Israel in June: "It sometimes makes people feel better about themselves to put other people down or make fun of them or maybe make mockery of their work."
Elton John defended Gaga and said that Madonna had been "so horrible to Gaga" during a TV appearance last month. He called Madonna a "fairground stripper".
