"One More Night" finally hits the top
After twelve weeks, Maroon 5's latest single has topped the charts. Billboard reports that the group's "One More Night" rose a spot to claim #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in its thirteenth week. The single is the band's third #1; they previously hit the top with "Makes Me Wonder" in 2007 and with "Moves Like Jagger," last year.
The song knocked Taylor Swift's "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" out of the top spot and it landed at #2. Fun.'s "Some Nights" rose one spot to #3 while Flo Rida's "Whistle" slipped a spot to #4. P!nk hit the top five with "Blow Me (One Last Kiss)," which climbed one spot to #5.
Coming in at #6 was Justin Bieber featuring Big Sean with "As Long as You Love Me," up one spot, while Ellie Goulding's "Lights" was down two to #7. Alex Clare rose two places to #8 with "Too Close," while Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen stayed even at #9 with "Good Time." Neon Trees' "Everybody Talks" was down two places to #10.
