LeAnn Rimes Out of Treatment Facility

She's back to focusing on her music…
LeAnn Rimes is out of a treatment facility where she was being treated for anxiety and stress. Us Weekly reports that Rimes is out of the facility and attended the VH1 Save The Music Foundation's Songwriters Music Series on Thursday night, where she performed. Rimes previously left the facility to meet a concert obligation, performing on September 7th in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Rimes had entered the facility after being attacked on Twitter by a legion of fans calling her a home-wrecker for being the reason that now-husband Eddie Cibrian divorced Brandi Glanville.
