Richie Sambora Responds to Green Day's Bon Jovi Slam

He doesn't remember touring with them...
Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora says that he doesn't remember ever touring with Green Day, but he's sorry if they hated the experience. As previously reported, Billie Joe Armstrong named Bon Jovi earlier in the month when asked who the worst band they ever toured with was.
Asked about it by Rolling Stone, Sambora said, "I have no idea what happened with that, I actually don't recall them opening for us. Either I was incapacitated at that point or I just don't remember it. I'm sorry he had such a bad time. "
Armstrong entered rehab over the weekend after going on a rant at the iHeartMusic radio festival.
