Mariah Carey Gets Sixteenth #1 On Dance/Club Play Songs Chart

She really is Triumphant...
Billboard reports that Mariah Carey has scored her sixteenth #1 on Billboard's Dance Club/Play Songs chart with her new song "Triumphant (Get Em".
The song, helped by remixes of the original version, climbed 2-1. It's her first chart-topper since "Obsessed" in 2009. Carey has tied Kristine W for fifth place among artists with the most in the chart's 36-year history. Madonna is on top with 43, followed by Janet Jackson (19), Beyonce (18) and Rihanna (18). On the BIllboard Hot 100, Carey has had 18 #1 hits, the most among women and the second-most of all artists, behind only The Beatles with 20.
