In an interview with E! News to promote her E! three-part reality show Nicki Minaj: My Truth, Nicki Minaj revealed that she would perform with Mariah Carey on American Idol. Here are highlights:
On performing with Mariah Carey on American Idol: "I would do that. I think people would be interested in seeing that."
On opening a museum for her fashions and wigs: "That's a good idea. I think you're on to something."
On her reality show: "My fans get so excited whenever they get to see what goes on behind the scenes. I wanted to show how it is really is. Even when I'm doing things like changing wigs or looking raggedy, fans have never seen that. It's real. I'm going to tell the truth about a lot of things. There's a lot of wrong things said about me that I don't usually say anything about, but now I am."
On getting into acting: "I want to do something like a small action movie."
On her fans: "My fans are so crazy. They were saying they wanted the president to come out last night with my song 'Freedom' playing."
The second part of her reality series airs on Sunday at 10:30 PM/9:30 PM CT.
