The Beatles' Remastered Studio Albums To Be Sold In Double-Decker Buses

Rolling Stone reports that The Beatles' vinyl release of their remastered studio albums will be celebrated with mobile record stores in the form of custom double-decker buses that will appear in New York and Los Angeles on November 13.

The 14 albums, including 12 UK originals, the US Magical Mystery Tour and the collection of B-sides and rarities called Past Masters Volumes One & Two. They will be available individually or in a box set with a hardbound book. The mobile stores will also have CD versions of the albums, DVDs and Blu-Rays of newly restored Magical Mystery Tour and Yellow Submarine and a unique t-shirt exclusive to each city.

It will appear in New York at 9:30 AM on Seventh Avenue between 49th Street and 50th Street; at noon on Broadway between Price Street and Spring Street; and at 2:30 p.m. on Broadway between Cortlandt Street and Liberty Street.

In Los Angeles, it will appear at 9:30 AM at the Capitol Records building at 1750 North Vine St.; at noon at the ICE at Santa Monica skating rink, 1324 5th St. at Arizona Avenue; and at 2:30 p.m. at L.A. Live at Olympic Boulevard and Figueroa Street.
