Usher Selling His Mansion For $3.2 Million

Evicting his ex-wife...
TMZ reports that Usher is delivering on his promise to evict his ex-wife Tameka Raymond from his Georgia mansion, which he is selling for $3.2 million. He bought the 12,544 square foot home in 2007 for $3 million while still married to Tameka. He officially listed the home last week.
Tameka continued to live in the house as part of their 2009 divorce, but in September, Usher said that he was going to sell the home and Tameka would be kicked out.
The home has six bedrooms, seven baths, 10-foot ceilings, a large pool, an in-home gym, four fireplaces and a library.
Tameka isn't worried about being forced out, as she runs her own small business and "doesn't need any handouts".
