Paul Epworth Working On Paul McCartney's New Album
Posted by Joseph Lee on 11.12.2012

The Sun reports that producer Paul Epworth is set to work on Paul McCartney's new album. It's a good year for him, as he won a couple of Grammy awards and wrote the new Bond theme "Skyfall" with Adele. He also became a father.

McCartney has started recording a solo record, which will likely be released next year. Kings of Leon producer Ethan Johns and Mark Ronson have also been involved with the recording.

Epworth meanwhile has worked on Plan B's The Defamation of Strickland Banks and Florence and the Machine's albums Lungs and Ceremonials. He also co-wrote "Rolling in the Deep" for Adele. He's worked with bands like Babyshambles, The Futureheads and Bloc Party.

Johns, meanwhile, has worked with Ryan Adams, Tom Jones and The Vaccines.

McCartney's last album, Kisses on the Bottom was released earlier this year. It was a covers collection. This would be his first new solo album since 2007.
