Joe Simpson Gets Probation and Fines For DUI Arrest

According to usmagazine.com, Joe Simpson pleaded not guilty to two DUI charges following an August arrest, and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, and was also fined $390 plus penalties. He also was ordered to complete a three-month alcohol education program. Since it was a misdemeanor, Joe was not required to attend his most recent hearing, and his attorney entered the plea on his behalf.
