Paulina Rubio's Insurance Company Sues Other Driver in Her Car Accident

TMZ reports that Paulina Rubio's car insurance company, Progressive, is suing the driver for the damage he caused in a car accident with Rubio.
Rubio was previously arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice when she allegedly cursed at police officers on the scene following a fender bender.
Rubio's insurance company filed suit against Alberto Velasquez in Miami County Court. They are claiming his negligent and careless driving caused the 2011 collision.
Progressive claims Velasquez was at fault for the accident and owes the company $8,828.40, the amount used to fix Rubio's car.
