Kid Cudi Gives Up In Custody Battle

He is letting his wife keep their daughter...
TMZ reports that Kid Cudi has agreed to let the mother of his daughter keep the child after a custody dispute that had been going on for over a year.
Cudi and the woman have been arguing over who should get custody. Cudi said he got a place in Chicago to be near his daughter and her mother, and then gave her "generous" support. The mother said that Cudi provided "sporadic and inconsistent amounts" of support and wasn't around. She also said Cudi was violent and had a "long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse."
The two came to an agreement on August 3. Cudi let her have full custody. In return, she will let him have visitation rights. Cudi also has to pay child support.
